How This Line Works

What we areA referral phone line for rodent problems.

Rodent Control Albuquerque is a phone line, not an exterminator. We set it up so people around Albuquerque, Rio Rancho and the East Mountains have one number to call about mice and pack rats.

When you call, a person takes down what you're seeing and where, then puts your call through to an independent pest control provider who works your area. That company handles everything after that: the inspection, trapping and sealing, any cleanup and the bill.

The call, start to finish

Usually just a few minutes:

  • Tell us what you found and where: droppings, a nest, noises, damage
  • Answer a couple of questions about the property
  • Your call goes through to a licensed company that covers your area
  • You and the provider set a time and talk through the job
  • They do the work and stand behind it on their own terms

Why only rodents

Rodent work here has its own wrinkles. Deer mice mean hantavirus-safe cleanup. Pack rats mean nests in junipers and engines. Some neighborhoods are in plague testing zones. Keeping the line to rodents means the questions on the call are the right ones.

New Mexico requires employees of commercial pesticide applicators who apply pesticides to be licensed. Every provider on this line is licensed. Ask them about it when you talk.

What we leave to the provider

Prices, appointment times, guarantees and payment all come from the provider. We don't have an office or a storefront. If you'd rather go with someone else after talking to them, that's fine. The area list shows where we take calls from.
